Star-of-Bethlehem

Ornithogalum umbellatum

Star-of-Bethlehem is a cool-season perennial that develops from a bulb. It is often confused with Wild Garlic (Allium vineale) and Wild Onion (Allium canadense). Leaves are shiny, dark green, hollow, and have a distinct white mid-rib. White-to-lavender flowers develop on long stalks in early spring.
